I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr Charlotte Fleming. She listened to all my concerns and dealt with them very kindly and professionally. I am extremely impressed with all the staff at the Cwmbran Clinic and would like to take this opportunity to thank them every much.

There is no other suggestions to improve or give greater care because when you sit down with Dr Fleming you are completely as ease and you can discuss anything and everything with her without getting embarrassed. You discuss everything with her and a few days later you receive a letter thanking you for visiting her and all the things you have discussed are listed in the letter so you know she has been listening to you.

I have been a patient of Dr. Fleming for over 2 years and I cannot praise her highly enough. She always listens to what I have to say and talks through the options for treatment with me before prescribing anything. Unfortunately, I am still experiencing some problems even though we have tried many different treatments but this is not down to the doctor. I cannot fault the service she has given me, it far outweighs the service I was receiving from my own GP before I stated seeing Dr. Fleming. Dr. Fleming is an asset to the NHS and I wish more doctors were like her. She is kind, compassionate and very easy to talk to. The clinic that I attend is very often running late, but this is a minor thing when you are receiving the kind of care that Dr. Fleming gives. Please note, this is not a complaint as I am more than happy to wait to see Dr. Fleming for the care she provides. Possibly longer appointment times are needed but obviously I don't know how long the waiting list is for her clinic and how many patients she has to see. All in all, I am very happy with the service Dr. Fleming provides.

Nicola has a learning disability and very anxious, But Dr Fleming was great with Nicola put her at ease and talked through everything she was going to do, I can only speak highly of Dr Fleming,she is very professional and understanding person, and a credit to her profession.
